SLIIT Brain Busters 2018 is scheduled to be held in a number of stages. The current dates and time-frames are as follows:
- Application Deadline: 30th Jan 2018
- Preliminary Quiz Competitions in Provinces: February & March 2018
- Training session for 27 selected schools at SLIIT Auditorium- 4th April 2018
- Semi Finals (TV Rounds): 3rd ,4th ,5th May 2018
- Grand Finale (TV Round)-25th May 2018
- Telecasting: June, July, Aug 2018
